The ethical dilemmas are based on various factors such as the behavior of the employee, their working conditions, and relationships with the customers of that company and other small ethics in business. Moreover, the individual must follow some strategic steps such a s jotting down working time schedules, improving communication process and so on to maintain his or her ethics in the workplace. On the other hand, the new individual must collect full information about the rules and regulation of that particular company before joining that organization (Spector, 2001). Identification of an ethical dilemma from course placement It has been discussed in the introduction part that ethical dilemmas are employee behavior, the working conditions of the employees, customer relations, and small business ethics which needs to be identified by the new employee to become aware of any adverse situations that can arise anytime. Apart from these, there are also some ethical dilemma which needs to be identified such as harassing behavior, taking credit for work of others and so on. Suppose, the new individual is appointed in the office as the manager of the company (Derbyshire, 2008). Therefore, he or she needs to identify the ethical dilemma of that position on which he or she will work. Let us just take example of a human resource manager, the human resource managers have ethical issues such as hiring new employees which is a challenging job of the HR manager as it requires lots of skills and knowledge to recruit a skilled one. Other issues are equal opportunity, privacy, benefiting others and harming some for the good of the company (Pauls, 2001). During the hiring process, the human resource managers perform a screening test round where some of the individuals are hired, and some are told to come the next month for another interview. Some are rejected also. Role of framework for ethical decision-making process on selected course of action The above figure represents a framework for ethical decision making process where the manager of the company follows it (Ferrell, Fraedrich, Ferrell, 2005). The particular framework is important for the organization as well as the manager of the particular company. The above points are discussed below: Ethical Issue Intensity The degree to which an issue or a circumstances is identified for posing significant challenges in ethics is known as the ethical issue intensity. The ethical intensity is increased with the increase of decision making procedures (Anderson, 2006). The conditions that increase the ethics intensity of a situations consists of possibility, imminence, magnitude as well as immediacy of any potential harm, social consensus and concentration of the effects. Individual Factors In many organization, individual factors play a major role in the company. Factors such as intellectual abilities, physical abilities, gender, culture and race, perception and so on impact the ethical decision making process of a manager. If the particular individual want to work in position of a manager then he or she should have these individual factors. A strong person has a physical ability and therefore he or she can work well in the organization. The person should have the ability to take stress and pressure. Apart from these, the individual should also have attitude to lead a team or recruit employees for the company. During recruitment process, the human resource managers maintains their attitudes and personalities. Organizational Factors Business procedures can similarly be a factor in an organization for improvement of the company. Entrepreneurs hesitate to surrender administrative control in business operations (Raines Dibble, 2011). Highly developed organizations are more often have little authoritative structures so they can respond to changes in the business environment which is an advantage for the organization. Private schemes as yet hoping to characterize their business methodology frequently delay making an authoritative structure. The external business environment can similarly have vital influence in an authoritative structure of the organization. Besides that, dynamic situations with continually changing customer goals or conduct is regularly more turbulent than stable situations (Vink, 2012). Organizations tries to take care of the demand of the customer can encounter while making a hierarchical structure in a dynamic situation. Opportunity A right decision making statement of a manager can open many opportunities of the organization along with the other employees. A good decision making is an important part of the manager. Timely decision making process is an important role of manager. It also opens opportunities to apply competitive strategies in order to compete against the rivals of that particular company. Apart from these, the individual needs to decide his or her level of career development. Business Ethics Evaluations and Intensions In business ethics evaluations and intensions the ethical dilemmas are indeterminate. Moreover, there are no magic formulas and no replacement for critical thinking. Besides that, when the behaviors and intentions of an individual are unpredictable with his or her ethical judgement, the person may feel embarrassed (Michalos Poff, 2013). Inconsistent decisions can lead an organization to a competitive disadvantage. It is the responsibility of the manager to address these issues to the team leader. The team leader will lead the team to the development of the company. The new individual must gather the knowledge about ethics and behavior before joining a company for solving these above issues. Unethical Behavior An actions that falls outside of what is considered ethically right for a proper profession is known as unethical behavior (Kargin, 2011). Unethical behaviors such as mistreating the employees, financial misconduct and misinterpretation impacts the organization adversely. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the manager to look after these issue and try to solve it before its too late. In some organizations, the employees are mistreated and harassed regarding their job. Mistreating includes giving less wage, the time of working hours is too long. Significance of ethical dilemma It is important to make an enhancement between standards, potentials, ethics, and laws and tactics regarding figuring out what constitutes an ethical dilemma. Ethics are prepositional expressions (principles) that are utilized by individuals from a calling or gathering to figure out what the right strategy in a circumstance is (Rose, 2003). Apart from it, there are some disarrayed circumstances that require a choice conversely may similarly include clashes between qualities, laws, and strategies. Besides that, these are not supreme situations in ethics. Taking an example, an estimated dilemma happens when a social laborer is lawfully committed to make statement of child or residential manhandle and has worries about the discharging of data. The individuals can consider them as inexact predicaments. The individuals who research and attempt to govern the ethical dilemmas inside the business world must be clear about their own particular qualities and inspirations. Moreover, the people who are overcome by acquisitiveness can act shamelessly and overstep the law, people who contradict them can act in the administration of retribution instead of equity. The leaders of a particular business are in a perfect position to go about as models of ethics for their organizations and to authorize ethical measures among their representatives (Rose, 2003). Aside that, the various leveled structure of a huge business can start to struggle when it needs solid and conclusive authority. The ethical dilemma satisfies the basic human need. It also helps in creating credibility in social work. An organization that is believed to be drive by the ethical values is respected in the society even by those who may have no information about the business and the working environment. The social pros must respect a client's pleasure to security and protection, and they may not reveal information around a client without his prior, created consent. Irrespective, in occasions of suicidality or the threat of harm to another person, a social worker is resolved to break mystery to guarantee her client and the all-inclusive community. In other words, the leaders of the organization have to analyze various types of ethical aspects before making decisions. On the other hand, the considerations that create an impact on the course of action. Along with this side, ethics is extremely uncertain due to its discretional environment of it makes it open to various translations and requests and it is seen that an assorted social quality in work put emerge from maintaining moral qualities, which is connected to ethics which in itself is connected to execution (Garber, 2008). Besides that, business ethics is a preparation of good standards for moving shameful at the time of decision making inside the organization. According to Albert Carr, a decision-making process can't be successful of an organization if all partners in the decision because of accomplishing objectives which enhance benefit as adequate incomes. On the other hand, it is a subjective procedure which comprises of important and finest choice from ethical dilemma. Besides that, a decision is conducted through various options, and it is a type of investigation which is picking options from given qualities and inclinations of the decision makers such as broad members. Regarding Law which can be a significant component of decision and serve the interests of limited meetings. Also if no one but ethics can be implemented and plays a great part in the corrupted practices of the organization. In the case of the most religions which promote high ethical models, however here and there it should not be addressed to every one because due to this cause, the ethics triggers instinct which should be trusted infrequently in complex decisions making process (Morselli, 2015). As a result, it causes an effect on an organization's activities on society duty to consider the entire framework in making a decision. As a result, business doesn't work in space and in these actions, managers are trusted upon to act ethically. On the other hand, the management has to implement strategy according to the suggestion of the manager. Moreover, without the active participat ion of the managers, an organization cannot meet its desired aims and objectives. Significance of appropriate theoretical and philosophical literature on selected course of action Regarding strategic decisions for managements decision making for all unit and all stakeholders of the organization. In this manner, if top management's vital decisions have the propensity to be real and it forcefully on decisions made in different parts of the organization.
