These ethical dilemmas need to be addressed and solved to run a smooth business by the organization as well as a smooth workflow by the employees. Before joining any company, an individual must know all the tricks and strategies which he or she needs to follow after joining (Garber, 2008). The report describes the ethical dilemmas and the role of a position such as manager of the company. The report also consists of the solutions to these ethical dilemmas. The ethical dilemmas are based on various factors such as the behavior of the employee, their working conditions, and relationships with the customers of that company and other small ethics in business. Moreover, the individual must follow some strategic steps such a s jotting down working time schedules, improving communication process and so on to maintain his or her ethics in the workplace. On the other hand, the new individual must collect full information about the rules and regulation of that particular company before joining that organization (Spector, 2001).
